Facts About Epilepsy
  • Epilepsy and seizures affect 2.7 million Americans of all ages, at an estimated annual cost of $15.5 billion in direct and indirect costs
  • 326,000 school children through age 14 have epilepsy
  • 200,000 new cases of epilepsy are diagnosed each year
  • In 70% of new cases, no cause is apparent
  • By 20 years of age, one percent of the population can be expected to have developed epilepsy
  • Ten percent of the American population will experience a seizure in their lifetime; three percent will develop epilepsy by age 75
  • Children age 18 or younger make up the bulk of people with epilepsy while the seniors form the second largest age group.
Guidelines For Submission :
T-shirt designs must include a version of the Epilepsy Foundation for Greater Los Angeles logo.
There are seven logo layout options in the template to choose from.

The template is an Adobe® Illustrator EPS file. Finished designs should be submitted in an Illustrator compatible format for consideration.
Please limit your designs to three Pantone® colors.
Specify the colors used in the appropriate area of the template.
Please compress all files as a ZIP or SIT archive before submitting vie email.
If your file is too big to submit via email, we recommend using a file re-mailing service like You Send It.
All artwork must be original and free of copyright restrictions.
