Q: What is Fashion Peace?
A: FASHION PEACE represents a meeting
point for creative people to showcase options and opportunities through
art, fashion and music. A method
of creative expression that champions balance, positive thoughts and intelligence.
Fashion Peace provides seeds to those who are in search of helping the world
grow into a better place for everyone to enjoy without consideration of geography,
social status or race.
Q: Who runs Fashion Peace?
A: Eric Ritz, lead singer. Gian Luca Brignone
guitar. Matt Brady, bass. Renee Gontarski, sitar. Phil Power, drums and chimes.
Q: Can I submit my own altered pieces into the Fashion
Peace tour?
A: We encourage everyone to submit their unique
interpretation of “Creative Thinking Over Conflict” through art
and fashion. There are certain guidelines that you must abide by. Not every
outfit/t-shirt received will be featured in an exhibit or event. Even
pieces selected may only be on display in certain regions of the country. Every
piece of altered clothing we receive will be featured on the www.fashionpeace.com
(Outfits/T-shirts must fit within the event’s aesthetic. Fashion Peace
has the right not to exhibit any clothing it does not feel appropriate). Clothing
items submitted to Fashion Peace will automatically become the property of
Fashion Peace and entered into the Fashion Peace Auction to help raise funds
to support Fashion Peace and the partnering Non-Profits.
A Fashion Peace committee will vote on pieces and select the most “creative” pieces.
Once selected, these outfits and T-shirts will be integrated into the touring
exhibit and fashion show plus be nominated to win one of several cash and clothing
prizes. Winners will be announced on conclusion of the tour.
Q: Is Fashion Peace coming to my town? When?
A: If Fashion Peace doesn't visit your
town, then we are only a short car, train or plane ride away. Please reference
our Fashion Peace tour and calendar section for more information on when we
are coming to a city near you.
Q: How do I get tickets to attend one of the events/exhibits?
A: The majority of all Fashion Peace events are
free to high school/college students (based on capacity and venue agreement)
with proof of a high-school or college ID card. Admission is not guaranteed
so please show up early. An allotted number of tickets will be available for
sale per show.

or title sponsor, how do you exist?
A: Day-by-Day. Week-by-Week. Month-by-Month.
Actually we are a collective group of people who love to encourage change in
a world
riddled by greed, hate and unhappiness. Working on Fashion Peace and bringing
creative people together is the way we all spend our free time. Of course money
doesn’t drop from the sky, so we’ve created the Global Inheritance
Auction and Fashion Peace Auction. These auctions offer the opportunity to
score quality music, art and comforts. Every clothing company
involved also provides a donation towards Fashion Peace operating expenses.
Donation amounts are determined by the participants themselves, this way any
company “big
or small” can be involved without money being a factor.
Pleases submit questions that are not answered in the FAQ
section and we will
try and answer them in the fastest and most complete manner. |
