Please note that in addition to the information you are providing, you will also need to provide sample of your work. These can be provided as URLs in the comments field below, attached to an email or using postal mail if you prefer. Please fill out all of the form areas as completely as possible.

3 samples of your artwork are also a requirement of this application. To fulfill this requirement, either include URLs to images of your work online in the message field above, or send an email with the subject line "TRASHed Participant Application" to ericritz@globalinheritance.org with the example images attached to the email. Please remember to include your name in the email.
For non-digital examples, work can be sent via postal mail to our headquarters. Please understand that submissions will not be returned. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS, send copies.
